| Entrada en vigor del nuevo Real Decreto |
| La propuesta de Real Decreto sobre la fotovoltaica recibe el apoyo del sector
Tras meses de discusiones, dimes y diretes, la propuesta de Real Decreto para la fotovoltaica ha recibido el beneplácito, no sólo del Consejo de Ministros, sino de las asociaciones del sector. El Ministerio acordó mejora en la tarifa inicial para suelos, que ha quedado en 32 céntimos de euro por kilovatio hora (frente a los 29 anteriores) y ha establecido los cupos iniciales en 400 MW/año, con otros extraordinarios adicionales de 100 MW y 60 MW para 2009 y 2010, respectivamente (dos tercios para techo y el resto en suelo).

| Hg Capital has acquired two photovoltaic solar park in Spain, with which the venture capital firm became the largest foreign investor in this type of renewable energy. The two belonged to Naturener acquired facilities and Gestamp.
Thus, the company is positioned first in the ranking of PV industry along with companies like T-Solar or Fotowatio. |
