3/17/2009 |  | | Published the provisional list of the Call | The Ministry of Industry, has published the provisional list of Register of pre-pay for the call for the second quarter of 2009: 2664 cases filed.
| The Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade (MITYC) has published today March 17 of 2009, the provisional list of Register of pre-pay for the call for the second quarter of 2009, the second call, made pursuant to Royal Decree 1578/2008, of September 26, pay for the production of electricity through solar photovoltaic technology.
Solar developers have ten days to submit its observations.
The period of 10 days, which determines the resolution of the Directorate General for Energy Policy and Mines, to submit claims, run from its direct communication to the person concerned. Many solar advocates has already been informed of the Resolution, and some have been asked to address.
I. - The selection procedure, as stated in the regulations applied, is the chronological organization of applications.
As in the first call, the order for this second call is:
- Shall be ordered by the latest licensing of works or the connection (do not take into account administrative approval or endorsement)

Type I.1: 464, covered 92% of the quota.

Type II: 1741, covered 1496% of quota.

Regarding the amount of pontencia of facilities that fall temporarily in the second call to note that:
Type I.1 .............. 6180, 61 kW
Type I.2 .............. 62767.22 kW
Type II ................ 1,416,051.37 kW
Total :.................. 1,483,999.20 kW
Securities and quotas applicable to the Second Call
Open the first call, have set the values of the regulated tariffs for facilities that are registered in the second call. For types I.1 and I.2 rates remain the same, since covered 75 percent of the planned quota. For his part, as a result of the strength and included in the application of the formula set out in Article 11 of Royal Decree 1578/2008, the rate of type II will be 30.72 c / kWh.

When will the final list of the second call?
In accordance with Annex III of RD 1578/2008, are to publish the final lists of the second call the day before April 1, 2009.

The results of the first and second calls:
The first call was initially submitted 1824 applications, of which 138 were canceled by themselves and 87 were removed after it was found that duplicate requests.
Of the 1599 remaining, 392 were enrolled, 543 were admitted for incorrectly submitted or incomplete, even after the process of error and the remaining 664 have not been included because, although they meet the requirements are not included in the quota established by Royal Decree referred to above. Type I-1: 6180.61 kW enrolled in 2nd call.

What outstanding issues we have in mind?
- The fact that applications contain errors as in the first presentation, possible that there are no delays in the resolution of the previous call.
- The high number of cases analyzed, indicates that the new regulatory framework is still very attractive salary and cost-effective.
- It is very likely that many of the projects that are on the list would not have guarantees for the financial crisis, or do not yet have the administrative authorizations or permits, so in the case of no remedy in this period would last beyond the quota | |
